White hamsters are high on breeding now, and very rare to find :)

BAKING SODA DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

I wanted to try using baking soda to clean stains and was advised to make it into a paste before using. So, what I did was to pour water into the baking soda container and started shaking it to mix the water with the baking soda properly. Guess what happened next?! I should have seen it coming but I was distracted and the next thing I knew, the bottle had exploded and there was baking soda EVERYWHERE! Yikes!

Anyway, results of using it to clean was disappointing. Big sigh

So, I got rid of the baking soda, and I tried Lime-a-way. It worked, but you have to scrub hard. I let it sit for about a minute and then I started scrubbing. I rinsed, rinsed, and rinsed some more and it came out,

 IT WORKED!!!! hurray :)

but my friend Melissa is caring for them until I am able to provide for them (soon). 
They don't share a cage together, but they do visit each other often :)
